A world-class provider of manufactured steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, ACV Group was founded in 1969 by the Cabello family and is still going strong in the hands of the third generation. The Equipos Inoxidables del Norte, S.A. de C.V. (EQUINOX) division was created in 1982 and has since evolved from manufacturing stainless steel products for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, into specialized market niches in transport and maintenance, medical and healthcare, power generation, mining and construction, and oil and gas. EQUINOX is also a valuable provider for the Aeronautic and Aviation industry as a whole, and especially the Mexican Aerospace Industry, where the sky is literally the limit. 
Headquartered in Gomez Palacio, Mexico, with over 995,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space, the firm employs a large skilled labor force for its vast variety of business lines.

There have been attacks targeting both the company and its senior executives, with the intent of undermining our corporate, labor, productive, and financial strength through slander and false claims that do not reflect our reality.

The identities of our executives  are being impersonated  on social media and through emails using fake  domains,  disseminating  fraudulent  and  completely  false information  in an  attempt  to cause harm  of all kinds.  These  actions  have  even  involved  individuals  at various  levels  in an effort  to suggest alleged complicity and malicious intent-claims that could not be further from the truth.

Our history and our actions compel us to continue working solidly and decisively to ensure a lasting legacy.

The company has already taken the necessary measures and is responding prudently yet firmly and decisively,   with  legal  counsel  from  multidisciplinary   teams  to  counter  and  eliminate  all  these malicious actions.

Han surgido ataques dirigidos tanto a la empresa como a sus altos directivos, buscando desvirtuar nuestra solidez empresarial, laboral, productiva y financiera, mediante calumnias y aseveraciones falsas que no corresponden a nuestra realidad.

Se  están  suplantando  las  identidades  de  nuestros  directivos  en  redes  sociales  y  correos electrónicos con dominios apócrifos, emitiendo información fraudulenta y absolutamente falsa, intentando generar daño de todo tipo e involucrando a personas de diferentes niveles con el animo de establecer presuntas complicidades y dolo, lo cual no puede estar mas alejado de la verdad.

Nuestra trayectoria y nuestros actos nos invitan a continuar trabajando con solidez y decisión para asegurar un gran legado.

La compañía ya ha tomado las medidas correspondientes y esta actuando de manera prudente, firme y contundente, asesorándose de equipos legales de diferentes disciplinas para contrarrestar y eliminar todas estas acciones malintencionadas.
